It was yesterday, actually, but we bought a leftover '24, 4-dr WT for our '22, 2-dr WT. Seems kind of stupid at first, but we loved driving the dang 2-dr so stinking much, it made sense to make the pair. We only drove our Volvo when we needed the extra doors. The 2-dr will be the off road/go have fun ride, and the 4-dr will be the more civilized ride. Kind of a shame, the Fox shocks on the '24 seem like they really shine when being hammered. The '22 was a HOSS 2.0 rig that now has Eibach Pro Truck, Stage 2.
They certainly made some welcome changes on the WT between early '22 and '24...then they go and kill the model. Ford did not do the WT any marketing favors. There is no mention of the HOSS 3.0 suspension packaged OR the severe duty steering rack on the '24 WT window sticker. I crawled underneath to make sure they were in fact there. Sure, the 3.0 was part of the WT package, but they denote the sta-bar disconnect on the BL window sticker. Put it on the sticker and a few pin head dorks like me that actually read things might ask, "What's this HOSS 3.0 thing?"

They really do.



First week of owning it I put them to the test.

Installed two more speakers from my Trail Seven kit before work this morning, this time I got both speaker pods swapped for MTIs and some 6.5” Alpine S's. As a total first timer on car audio, it ain't as easy as their install videos make it look, but I got it done.

Four down, two to go - next cool morning is gonna see the lower two 6.5s go in, so far I'm pretty happy with the sound.

I ordered some BUNKER INDUST traction boards a couple days ago to take along with me while driving on the beach at Hilton Head. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

Ford Performance window banner went on today. I CAN'T WAIT to put Buck on the dyno now! No quicker way to add 25 HP than to throw some stickers on your ride.
Banner went on dang near perfect EXCEPT for the tiniest little wrinkle....in the last "E" of course. I suspect I'd booger it up more trying to fix it. Oh well, it will probably be "Ford Performanc" in a few years.

Edit: A little heat from a hair dryer and working the are with the provided squeegee and that wrinkle is no more. Good thing because it was visible from the driver's seat and it would have nagged me!

I ordered the zone lift for hoss 3.0 since I have Fox shocks on my Everglades and I don’t want to upgrade from them at this time. Just want a little more clearance.
