2025+ Bronco keyless entry integrated b-pillar option coming?

My 2025 MY just arrived at the dealer. I've been asking them to add a keyless entry pad ever since ordering it. Followed up last week now that it's here and the final verdict was this:

"there is apparently something wrong with the current Ford Keyless Entry Keypads that were available to dealerships so Ford put a "stop sale" on that accessory item until the issues can be resolved... Ford does not have an estimate as to when they will be available. it sounds like it could be months."

Not sure how well informed the dealership is, so take this with a grain of salt. Could be they just didn't want to deal with it and wanted to get the car off the lot quicker.

Looks like they’re just on a normal backorder.
I don’t see anything about a stop sale though.

It's a little finicky, but that's the price you pay for soft keys.

We’ve had this style and the surfacemount version on our cars for years, and we have never had any issues in the weather with any of them.

No stock but also no mention of stop sale. They are V11 which means they ship direct from the vendor, Ford doesn`t keep them in stock.
Price is huge though .

Pretty sure he was referring to the old style keypads having a stop sale, but maybe I misunderstood the post.

With the key fob, hard key and phone app, I decided to remove the hideous key pad from my Raptor driver door. $110 option I paid for, but I bought it off the lot. Paying $100K for the vehicle, it didn’t bother me to throw away a $100 option, lol.

As per usual, it at least looks better on the 2dr. If that was the version available in 21 I'd have added it.

Yeah definitely sticks out way worse on the 4dr.
Can’t say I’d get it on either one though lol

Even though it’s built into the B pillar trim, it looks like you get a whole new B pillar trim with the keypad. As long as it is still wireless, I don’t see any reason you couldn’t pop it out or cut it out of the trim and adhesive it to the inside of the gas door
