What we really need is a bull bar with "wings" to protect the mirrors. ;)
Tight, winding road near me, people cross the center line all the time, my mirror got hit by the extended mirror of a work van whose mirror was way over the center line.

Yeah, I don't understand the curved headlight guards as the Bronco is all box... Yes, the headlight are circles, but the grill isn't...

So I opted to not put mine on... And this is the standard, plastic bumper...

I think the mini should come up to the bottom of the Bronco lettering and allow for mounting lights underneath the top bar. Now it more of a Nub and not a mini.

Welds look good. And for those interested, removing the bumper is about a 10-15 minute process. Very easy & straightforward.

I’m guessing you have to swap the standard D rings? It’s been a bit since I swapped my capable out but I don’t recall seeing anything that you could screw the back of the brace to (red circle) — what exactly are you screwing to?

And I’m guessing the new hooks comes with the kits for the holes you screw the front brace to (blue circle)?

Maybe it’s more secure than it looks but my knee jerk reaction is that doesn’t seem super beefy. Have you guys done any destructive tests to see how strong it is? How about the new tow hooks, are they full RATED for recovery?

Really liking the potential with this, just wishing it could be adapted for the standard bumper 🧐
You should be able to pick up a Capable for $50-150, takes about 10 minutes to swap.

Most of them don't because it blocks the camera for people that have it.

These bull bars are significantly stronger than the modular bumper versions simply due to the mounting points. Modular bumpers are incredibly flexible compared to this system. The IAG system includes our new Cast Stainless Recovery Points. These mount similarly to the Ford Performance version and work with the capable and modular bumpers. There is also a second 3/16" steel mounting point on each sandwiched behind the bumper which the other two bolts attach to. The bull bars are 1.75" x .12" DOM tubing which is significantly stronger and thicker than most aftermarket options.

Finally, we are extremely confident in our recovery points. We have performed independent laboratory Instron testing in straight and 45 degree configurations to verify that the recovery points exceed more than 3 times the weight of the vehicle and meet or exceed the OE recovery point strength.

Here's ours vs OE tested to failure. As you can see, the OE unit suffered a complete failure, while ours was still mostly intact.

Looks great! Can you give us an idea on anticipated pricing for the OE style?

Thank you for a detailed & useful answer. Usually I only hear crickets when I ask things like these.

I know most folks care most about aesthetics but I like products that also add strength & functionality. It’s nice to see you guys are doing both.

Yes standard aka non upgraded basic/plastic bumper.
I have a non-upgraded plastic bumper, but it is different from that, ie, I have fog lights on my standard '24 BB bumper "mid package". Mostly the same, but the fog lights housing and a few things are different, and the "capable" they seem to be using is made of steel with some plastic molding, I think.

Also found this video by them, not a sponsor...lol

Will this bolt directly to the Ford factory modular bumper? If so Im definatly interested in this, been looking for a good option like the Full Szie for a while now that has a sturdy mount point
