Just because you can't search for it correctly and find it in a complete axle assembly doesn't mean they don't offer it that way, for example I got my Dana 60 straight from Spicer and it's 4 in wider than the Broncos and it still has all the bracketry included and bolts right up.... another example is the extreme heavy duty fdu, just because they don't offer it in a 4.27 like the Ford Ranger Raptor has doesn't mean you can't get it in that! In fact I have 427 gears on the way.

Not trying to be an ass but it's pretty much common knowledge that the Dana 60 has a vast amount of gear ratios available and has for many many years second only to the Ford 9 inch

LOL. Nope.

Not listed Bronco compatible in the link you sent.

Please show where Dana says they have a compatible 5.13 in stock width since you didn't call that out earlier.

If I wanted to go wider, I'd have run portals. I purposely didn't on Bronco (about to on Ranger Raptor).

The thick gears are available so that you do not have to change carriers. The part I listed will fit in any rear Dana 60 including any of the ultimate series that they produce today.

Figured you would be happy to learn that for your Ranger Raptor you could get the upgraded FDu built to your specifications with 427 gears all you got to do is call them. The 32/35 spline CV axles, of course will be a little short so you'll have to figure that out yourself

"easy drop down buy it now menu" ....NOPE.
COMPATIBLE and ORDER-ABLE....YEP
Good exchange. I'm just cautious on forums since not everyone is comfortable doing these kind of swaps so unless something is listed as stock and compatible I don't usually post them for others without a lot of disclaimers. My Bronco is pretty tricked with RedArc system, etc. but again, not for the faint of heart or light of pocketbook.
For RR, going as light as possible for a high-speed Baja rig. So portals and fox live valve shocks but not going to heavy duty stuff like Dana60 or Xtreme splines (which have been a nightmare due to not enough space with the Sway Bar Disconnect).

I just used a 1/2" spacer on the upper side of swaybar link....problem solved.

The Dana 60 rear has every ratio imaginable available, 5.13 and 5.38 as well as plenty of others.
I watch a lot of the the Trail Mater YouTube channel. They have a bunch of vehicles that they take rock crawling around Moab to rescue various broken or otherwise undrivable vehicles. They break their own stuff on a regular basis, since they're often going on very tough trails.

Rory Irish, the main guy, says that he will never again use gearing higher than 4.88:1 because the pinion is too small and they keep ripping the teeth off.

Something to keep in mind if you're tempted to go 5.13 or 5.38.

No joke this has been the 4x4 nightmare for 50 +yrs, 5.38s and the m210 are a weak combo...that's the reason folks upgrade the ring and pinion size...so a low ratio (higher numerical) has higher strength. ( when you upgrade SIZE) The 60 is the old "go-to" when 44 aint enough, and the Dana 80 is the new "60" in this regard...

ROFLMAO!! Allegedly, we may have had Rory come out a few months ago and fabricate a new UCA bolt in the field (never leave home without one folks)! I had my career mentor along with us and he has seen a lot in his lifetime. He ranks Rory #1 for the guy you want to have coming to your rescue, albeit, when you have Starlink to ensure that you can brief him on what to bring). Jaw dropping experience and then he drove off and said "call me if you need anything more". So, we drove out solo after dark . . Epic adventure.

What sort of engine power is Rory working with on his vehicles? I wonder if the 2.3L would be less of a pinion gear risk, especially if not used for extreme recovery type activities.

This is exactly why I'm doing double shear on my UCAs on my Braptorized 2dr. Also going to TRY shoe-horn a high pinion Super 60 center section in the front keep it IFS...

The supercharged 454 tow truck probably has a bit more than any current stock Bronco. ;) The 6-cylinder Jeep that they call Mini-Mater not nearly so much.

The only point I was trying to make here is that the ones higher than 4.88 are more likely to break than the lower ones. Your mileage may vary.

others say 4.56 is where it becomes weaker.... it really doesn't matter to me because I have upgraded the ring and pinion of the rear and I'm also doing the front it's just common sense.

This is about the UCA bolt. It is a POS - basic white metal and no high quality after market solution. Ford went cheap and copied Toyota design for Bronco, Braptor and Ranger. Horrible.

Solo Motorsports have a weld solution which I have now done in Bronco and will do on Ranger Raptor. Quinn at 74weld and the guys at Exodus 4x4 strongly recommend for anyone running 37" or larger.
