Running 6112s with 37" BFG KM3 MTs on MY23 Badlands Sasquatch. I did the JKS Max tire clearance kit, and have 1/4" Bora hub centric spacers on stock SAS wheels. No rub at full lock. Love the ride quality of the 6112s over stock SAS Bilsteins.

Can you do me a favor and measure to the center of the fender front and rear? I currently have an icon 3 inch spacer lift w Icon upper tube arms on my 23 Badlands SAS using the Hoss 2.0 (which I HATE). I don't think I can use the spacer pucks with the 6112 so I will have to rely on the shocks ability to provide the lift. I have the same 37 inch tires but they are 37X13.50X20R with the JKS tire kit as well. Thanks in advance!

Any chance you can do this for me Carbonized? I'm currently at 43.5 rear and 42.45 Front.

I'm running 6112s, top setting on my SAS BL with BFG 37s. Stock wheels with 3/4" hub centric spacers. Ride is much nicer than stock SAS suspension. Have not driven a WT enough to say how the 3.0 Fox setup compares to the Bilsteins.
Did you also install UCA's when you went to the 6112's?

Nope. I did get a set just in case but my tech said there was plenty of clearance and adjustment so we didn't need to put them on. Opinions may differ depending on installer but clearance and adjustment range should be the determining factors.

I swapped out my hoss 2.0 suspension for Bilstein 6112's. i am using both front and rear on number 6 (max) and i am using an icon UCA. i also installed the rock jock track bar relocation kit and an icon adjustable track bar to tighten up the rear. my rig handles better than stock on road and feels like a sports car on turns. Off road it soaks up the big bumps way better than the hoss 2.0. I am on 35s currently, but im swapping over to 38's this summer. I plan on doing a 2 inch body lift, the jks big tire kit, and Rear upper and lower links (metalcloak or rock jock not sure yet) installed after my amp steps get installed.
