Looks good. How does it sit with clip 5 in the front? I’m changing from 4/5 to 5/5 this week.

These are 6112s that come with the spring right?

No these are factory badlands springs. Non Sas. I get a little lean as well and it's about 1/2" to 3/4" lower than I expected as well.

Ordered the 6112s and springs for my Non Sas Badlands 2dr this morning. What ring should I start with for about 1.5" in the front and 1" in the back. Just bumping up to 35s and trying to level it out. I have a BAMF front bumper and Warn 10S winch.

Like Snow said I would max the front out especially with the extra weight u have on the front end.

Here are my measurements after installing 6112s (see images) Probably closer to an 1.25 difference between front and rear.

clip 4 front netted roughly an 1 in (advertised 1.8 in gain)

clip 5 rear netted roughly 1.25 in (advertised 1.2 in gain)

Stock was 39 front and 40 rear ground to fender.

still not sure why my front gain was so “minimal” compared to billstein advertised. no added weight over stock SAS. Hoping that changing to clip 5 in the front will give me what I’m looking for. I loaded up the cargo area with all my gear roughly 200lbs and sag was about 1/2 inch. When I go to clip 5 front I should be just about level when fully loaded.

Does Bilstein factor in the different motors and weight diffs for estimate?

Looks awesome as is IMO.

I'm not sure. They do state that any aftermarket parts could affect the ride height. However, the only "additional" weight in front is MOD bumper (80# IMO non-factor to be off by .8 inches from advertised). I will definitely post results after going up a clip or two. #5 or #6 now becomes the question. I definitely want a slight rake (.5 in would be ideal for me) when I fully load the cargo area.

oh yeah.... 2.7

So this brings up my old question. 1.5 inch Broncbuster lift or three shocks with stock Badland springs. Better ride with 6100’s and stock springs or just go the 1.5in spacer lift? The Bronco ride is based heavily on they yellow shocks. Wonder what life expectancy is? 6100’s might be money better spent. I don’t make decisions fast that’s why I’ve done nothing yet.

can’t comment on ride with SAS springs cause I did the full 6112 setup with included spring. The ride is noticeably better in almost every way over stock SAS. It took me over a year to pick what suspension set up I wanted and I am very happy with my choice.

totally different vehicles but I prefer the 6112s on my Bronco over the icon stage 3 I had on my Tacoma. Again not apples to apples, but worth noting.
