I'm already considering installing on board air (ARB twin compressor w/ manifold)

It's interesting to consider also adding a front air locker as well since I would have the compressor.

I don't see any options that match the fitment on ARBs site. Has anyone done this?

They don’t currently offer anything for the front diff. If you want a front locker you’ll have to do the M210 swap with elocker. They do offer an airlocker for the rear diff and it should just be a replacement ring and pinion

Too much money. Unless it fits your budget. If you want a front air locker. Just trade yours in for a Sasquatch equipped bronco. I think the badlands as one, but I may be wrong. I’ve got the black diamond too, and my truck does everything I want it to do. Light off road, creek crossings, waterfall climbs. We don’t do any serious rock crawling though

You will spend more getting a locker in the m190 than buying a m210 & axles.
Yeah, don't spend anything trying to upgrade a m190

In the Jeep world, some models use the m210/m220 combo as well, and in many of those, the same air locker works for either - they both use the same carrier assembly (or at least similar enough it doesn't require any difference on ARB's part).

But, Ford doesn't use the exact same m210/m220 - bearings are different sizes, the ELD is just a bit different, etc. There is an ARB air locker for the m220, but I don't know if it will also work in the Ford m210. Looking at Spicer's parts list, it shows that the m220 and m210 carrier assemblies are also two different part numbers.

It ~might~ work? I know the ELD part number is different, but the only difference is where the locking pin is welded into the ELD. So maybe the differences in carriers doesn't matter that much either - hard to say.

The ARB part number (RD245) has different requirements from different sources. Some say it's for m210 or m220, and lists any non-SAS Bronco as compatible. Others state M220 only, but give a lot more axle restrictions.

I'd be more inclined to believe the latter, but even the main ARB site for the product is not definitive and lists both m220 and m210 as compatible.

I bet it can probably be done, but I wouldn't be surprised if it took a shoe horn and someone with magic fingers, an angle grinder, and some luck to make it work just right.
