21,000 miles. Only issue was a leaky front shock that the dealer picked up during an oil change. Replaced under warranty.

Heavy off-road use making contact with res body, aswell as jumping many times. Not a Ford Failure mode. Subsupplier possibly. Heavy operator use wear & tear most likely the failure mode. To be fair Not Ford Failure mode.

If Ford owns the specs to which the supplier adheres, it most certainly is a Ford problem.
If the supplier took liberties with the specs to try to meet Ford's pricing while keeping some profit for themselves, it's still a Ford problem for not catching it and/or not responding properly to it.
But if you tell me these are off the shelf pieces that I can buy anywhere...it's still a Ford problem for putting their name and warranty behind their choice of component.

2022 Badlands. 40K, only issue is occasional 'parking brake failure' message and the rear driver window can stop dropping for open/close. Easily reset when it does.

Have put almost 500 miles on it (5 on the odo when I test drove it) so far and I love it! Everything works as it should. The engine is smooth, the trans is smooth, and carplay even stays connected to my iphone.
I lurked here on the forum for a month or so before I bought the Bronco and almost decided not to buy one due to the posts on this forum. I know folks are more likely to post when they have issues, but are any of you driving what has been a mostly issues free Bronco? It's hard to tell if the good ones outnumber the problems some times.

Mine came with all doors way out of alignment and a hair line crack in the dash. My dealership took care of the issues.New owner here. Congratulations on your new Bronco. I have owned my 2023 Outer Banks Sasquatch for over a year and a half now and it’s been bulletproof. The only issue I had was just a couple weeks ago where my satellite radio froze up but they did a re-loading of Synch and it’s back to working perfectly. Quality , fit, and finish are absolutely off the charts. I’ve never owned a Ford in my life and I am extremely impressed with the Bronco and Ford.New owner here. I am very vocal about mine. I hate it. I've considered trading it in a handful of times, and this last weekend the door wouldn't close right and the driver's window wouldn't seat in the gasket so it flapped like it was going to break on a 3 hour drive.
I think there is a good foundation here hammered with electrical issues and weird design choices that lead to some weird quirks. Some people don't drive it like others and they don't experience the same hiccups that I do. Not everyone is doing 80 for a handful of hours every few days and like to roll the window down half way. Some people didn't have the windshield wiper issue and others don't use carplay so the stereo issues don't crop up the same. Some don't need to reset at least one of the windows every 2 or 3 days, but I do. Almost 30k miles in about a year and a half - I've never been stranded, but I've had the electrical freak out a few times and issues with creature comforts that steal a lot of the fun out of driving it.
It is a fine car. It's way overpriced now, but for the 40k I paid for a 4 door sasquatch v6 it was a good deal at the time. I still don't trust it enough to own outside of the warranty period.

My 23 BL/SAS/2.7/MIC has been really quite good. 31,000 miles so far! Oil changes by dealer every 5K miles. My rear window randomly exploded and was replaced on warranty and my front windshield has taken some rocks and has been replaced twice, but my Rubicon had that issue too. Stock Goodyear 35's were trash off road. Replaced with MT Baja Boss. This thing has been off road A LOT. I had a bunch of aftermarket work done to it to support what I do off road. Eibach's for 1" lift, Icon front control arms, rear stabilizer bar, DV8 bumper, Warn winch, Smittybuilt tail gate reinforcement, RCI roof rack, Trailgater table. Terrific machine. Ford got mine right. Super happy customer, at least for now.

My '21 Badlands was produced on the day they announced all deliveries were halted pending the hardtop replacement so I went from an August 2021 delivery to a December 2021 delivery. I realize I was very lucky to get a delivery at all in 2021 but I was online hitting refresh 1,000 times the night order banks opened. But aside from the top, I haven't had any issues. I only have 12,000 miles on it and I did receive the recall letter about the engine but they will take care of that one on their dime. I just received the offers to pick up an extended warranty since my 3 years will be up in a few weeks. I'm still deciding on that front. Also of note, this is my 3rd brand new Ford and I've never had a problem. You have to consider that the forums are a essentially a focus group where problems and great reviews seem exaggerated. Welcome to the Bronco Fam!
