Nothing. It's a Ford. You just drive it as intended.

A did full body PPF. Works wonderfully. There are numerous spots where the PPF is permanently marred

I have a non 2DR non-SAS Badlands ordered that I intend to use as it was built to be used -- I live near a lot of great trails. But, I do want to keep it as nice as possible and try to at least mitigate the rock chips, trail scratches and rash and other things that will be inevitable.

I am wondering what all you offroaders do for paint protection. I plan to swap out for the SAS fender flares and probably add some mudflaps for more protection from rock chips. I will also do my standard PFF on the entire grill and leading edges that I do on all my vehicles, but also I am considering PPF on the sides -- either partial or maybe even full coverage.

What have you done on your rig? Flares, flaps PPF, other?
i did full ceramic and wow does it help ..when lights scratches i buff and their gone little pings driving dont leave marks either and mud literally falls off

Xpel ppf / full ceramic is not stopping, nor preventing, pinstriping on the types of deep forest trails I hit. I had it on my previous Jeep and it was a total waste of money.

Will it prevent minor pinstriping? Sure/Maybe but tight and massively overgrown forest trails will just laugh at it..

I guess it depends on the type of trails someone hits and on what they consider to be overgrowth with pinstriping potential..

Also in a non-sas BL. I added the Mabbet flares as soon as they came available and it cut down on mud spray and rock throwing down my sides almost completely. Never bothered to up size the flares.

Opted for graphics on the side rather than PPF, so it's not complete coverage.

Not a paint thing, but the hood protector/bug guard from Ford was completely worth it as I see a lot of things go off and over the top rather than at the windshield.
