Cleaning dash (what do you use?)

curious what folks are using to keep the dash board clean and fade resistant? I have the black/roast combo, really like it, and would like to make sure the dash doesn't start to fade in the sun. Being hard plastic, I'm not sure what to use that won't (1) look too shiny/greasy or (2) become a sticking pad for more dust. Basically want to keep it as new as possible from the factory. Thanks!!!
