I appreciate the info on the weather seal product info. I will try at least one of them.
For years I have used 2 different things. One is pure silicon spray. (Not silicon spray lubricant.) I used to buy it at the local hardware store until they have all gone out of business. My case of 12 is only half gone, but the price has skyrocketed it looks like:

The second thing I have used was left over from my Honda days. Honda Shin-Etsu Grease. A tube seems to last forever. I found that is never absorbed into the weather seals, but rather stayed on top. Ended up wiping it off, but it is great for sqeaks.
