Do any dealers near you have Broncos in stock? Go measure.

Subaru includes a template with their emblems. I don't know if Ford does or not. I know they don't include a template for the tailgate Bronco emblem.

The previous owner removed the badlands emblems and put the bronco script logos on and the wife does not like them...

Technically you would need a ~.5” suspension lift and the 4.7 gearing (4.46 in Badlands) then they would be the same if you added 35” tires. But Badlands has sway bar disconnect.

Not sure if that’s what you’re asking.

If the old script Bronco badges were put in the correct place, you could put the Badlands sticker below it. IMHO It should look OK there.

If you're asking how the make a SAS equivalent Badlands you'd need to add the following to make it a true SAS Factory equivalent
• 17” Black High Gloss-Painted Aluminum, with Warm Alloy Beauty Ring, Beadlock Capable Wheels
• 4.7 Final Drive Ratio with Electronic-locking Front and Rear Axle
• High Clearance Suspension
• High Clearance Fender Flares
Note: LT315/70R17 Mud-Terrain (M/T) Tires (35”)
Note: Position-sensitive Bilstein Shock Absorbers

Most of the parts are available as take-off for a lot less than Ford accessory prices, or you could buy better aftermarket parts for about the same cost as Ford accessory prices and come out ahead. All depends on how you intend to use the Bronco.

Upgrading the Badlands stock axles from 4.46 to the stock SAS 4.7 in all likelihood would not be worth the expense.
