So, I decided to use some of my hard earned ford points and order a couple of accessories (the rear rubber mat and the molle system for the rear tail gate). I ordered a couple of months ago and forgot. Today I was, where is my stuff? So after Ford chat and a call to the dealership, because they can not ship to the house, no status update. They can see the stuff was ordered and that's it. I ask when it might come in and the parts guy said they do not know could be weeks or months depending on availability but said they don't know what availability was and can't find out.
Anyone else have success using ford points to order accessories? I guess if it took 1000 days to get my bronco a few months to get a rubber mat is easy wait.
