Guess I'm going to up our door rate at the beginning of the year and add a new labor type for card carrying UAW members.

Like the signs I see in all the old garages. The rate depends on the situation.
Is it just me or does this look like a movie prop? I wonder if Ford just devised a placebo, lol.@flip not much to look at, but this is it. Looks like you basically plug it into the wiper motor and it does it’s thing. I’m guessing once it’s green, it’s done.
Also, is it unusual for techs to come to your house/business to do this sort of fix? Glad for it, for sure.

My 86 Escort GT didn’t have wiper issues. Neither did my 67 bug. Or any vehicle since. Why the need to complicate something so basic? 12 volt motor through mechanical mechanisms moves a rubber wiper over window at a user selectable speed. If I need to adjust or the sun comes back out I am capable of making the adjustment.

Duc may have more info but my take is this box they sent plugs directly into the SCCM which is different than most all other software updates are done. I surmise the SCCM has some sort of supplier loaded base software that isn't accessible via FDRS. Whatever is being done, FDRS isn't involved with the exception of clearing any codes after the flash is done.
