Fog Light wiring with no fog light button

My Badlands came with the modular bumper with no fog lights. The wiring is there at the bumper but there is no dash switch. I might use an uplifter switch for the fogs. My question is were do the bumper wires go to so I can tap into them? Thanks

If you have the wiring for the front parking sensors (High/Lux package) all you need to do is buy the switch panel that has the fog light switch built into the headlight control panel, and then do some minor Forscan tweaks.

Part No.: M2DZ-11654-xx

The "xx" at the end will vary based on your specific package... if you post your equipment package and model year I can get you the exact part number you need.

If you didn't want to go with that route, it is honestly probably easier just to run new wires to the bumper or use the pre-run aux wiring that runs up to the grille. The wiring harness for the bumper runs just behind the fender on the driver side, but after that it quickly get bundled up in a beefy wiring harness you probably don't want to cut into. (But if you do I can get you diagrams and pinouts once I get home.)

IAG fog lights piggy back into the headlight harness. I have them in the mail right now.

They don't go anywhere... it's part of the internal wiring harness.

So first you need a fog kit: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/vehicle-specific/ford/ford-bronco/2021-bronco/

Then you need one of our pigtails that works with the fog kit you got:

Next you need to buy a new headlight/fog light switch for your dash. It'll replace your current headlight switch and add a fog light switch. That just plugs in.

Then finally, the hardest part, you need to program the circuit to go live with FORSCAN (it's software you run on a laptop and connect to your truck via the odb II port).

Behind your tow hook (under it basically) is the factory fog light circuit wire, that our pigtail works with.

Thanks for the help. I should have mentioned that I have a set of Rigid fogs already. I am just trying to find the easiest way to wire them in. I would rather use a uplifter switch than buy a switch panel. If Bryan (RagnarKon) would send me the wiring info, that would be great.

What kind of Rigid Fogs? Taken off a Bronco Raptor or a set of like D-Series?

This is great. I’m in the same boat with mod bumper - does the wire harness allow the street legal foglight to tie into a new headlight/fog switch and other off-road lights to tie to up fitter?

I assume each of the pods can be wired up separately and that would work.

Our kits don't tie fogs into the headlight. Because then you can't turn the fogs off which would not make it "legal"

Our fog kits put each pair of lights on it's own upfitter. We DO sell pigtails so that if you want to go down that road of getting a new headlight/fog light switch AND Programming the circuit to be live, you can utilize the wiring ford left tucked behind the bumper for 1 pair of lights. Then you'd have an actual fog light button on your dash that could control one pair of fogs, with our pigtail that we make (our pigtail connects the lights we sell to the Ford harness)

I believe you can turn the fogs on if you have the indicator lamps on also... but yes it's part of the circuit essentially.

Wait a second... the light switch without the standard fogs installed doesn't function as a fog switch? But... it presses in like a button.. LIKE A BUTTON! WHYYYYYY...

Thanks for that part number, I'm looking for a place to order it now... Forscan might be a bit of an issue though....
