Went up the hills to Niagara Rim trail…took a stupid line and got in a bad loose dirt/side hill situation…both left wheels off ground (seat belt locked and would not let me put it back on until I got more level)…rock wedged in A arm…atv winch on front to protect from rolling…jeep winch pulled back off rock to solid/level ground…life is all good…what off roading folks are all about…nice weekend in the mountains!

No sliders? Seems like you need them.

The other day my son and I made a quick budget open top kayak carrier, using 2x4s that were laying around and some other stuff. The 2x4s are held to the rollbar using some Ace Hardware bolts into existing threaded holes. The kayaks are held down with bike inner tubes and some cleats.

Got us to the water no problem. Although learned bring a towel for wiping down the kayaks - or risk getting dripped on with no top.

Got some recalls done this morning. Wasn’t able to get the chip/module whatever thing for the entertainment system. They don’t have it for the 8” screens yet.

I did get the seatbelt clips. I just can’t imagine the steps of stupidity that lead to that being an actual recall. Maybe someone at the NHTSA really really hates Ford.

It's for fat people. The obese that can't be bothered to take care of themselves so the rest of us must suffer.

Installed the DV8 Bull Bar after work tonight. Thinking of mounting a 20" light bar underneath, but keeping it naked for now. I need light inserts for the bumper corners first... any recommendations?

Installed the Ford Performance Hood Struts today. Boy, what a difference, both in the opening of the Hood, but not having the Hood Support in the way when working on the engine.
