Doubt it was a massive amount of people, there are like 3 people on this forum who don't have a SAS with a front locker already.

Not out anything yet! No one has gotten a 5.13 or 5.38 m210 so this is me being the stupid guinea pig.
Another point From Zack at Dana was the the M210 doesn't really lend it self to go deeper than 4.7. As the ring gear moves over to mesh to the pinion, the clearances shrink considerably leading to the strong possibility of oil starvation. This is another reason why the UFDU is larger to allow for deeper gearing, even though the gears are the same size.

I am all in for a super cheap m210. Not looking very promising tho, and there is the 2k miles to get it.

@mpeugeot how did you get the FDU from bigmeats? Was it shipped? How much was that?

I got lucky, right place, right time.
Yes, shipped, not cheap.
It was probably around $1750 total (off the top of my head) shipping was in the $250 range.

That sucks.
I am waiting to see what the labor day sales bring on Jegs/Summit Racing and I will buy a 4.46 unit. I would like to run lower gears but the $800 upcharge is to much for me. The flip side is 4.46 and 4.71 units can be bough and next day aired for $300. Might as well stay with the instock unit for now.

If the price comes down I will definitely snap up a 5.38 unit.
