This is what was from the FAQs back in the Sept/Oct '22 time-frame which I can't find on the Ford site any longer but there are plenty of posts that date it as accurate:

If I change my order to an Everglades or Heritage Edition (not including Heritage Limited Edition), do I still qualify for price protection?
Yes. By switching to a Heritage Edition (excluding Heritage Limited Edition), you still qualify for price protection. New in 2023 MY, you will also qualify for price protection by switching to an Everglades. The amount varies depending on the series you previously ordered. Please work with your dealer to determine the amount you qualify for.

There is no date listed that this had to be done by. November 21st, 2022 was the deadline to convert your order/reservation for a '23 to be eligible for a private offer.

Only other dates I can find is this:

You can identify the amount your offer will be by using the instructions and table below:
  1. Determine if you are eligible for a Level A or Level B Offer
    • Level A: Reservation/Order placed on or before March 19th, 2021
    • Level B: Order placed on or after March 20th, 2021
  2. Determine the Order Series/Door Configuration
    • 2023 Bronco Model Year Transition Private Offer amounts are based on the last Series/Door Configuration selected prior to the MY changeover (September 9, 2022).
    • Changes to orders on or after September 9, 2022 will not impact Bronco Private Offer amounts.
Edit: This was from the Dealer Playbook that was posted early September '22:

Once again, no eligibility date for Heritages to qualify for PO.

@Zach@Granger @Granger Ford
Thank you for the efforts on getting that info. Exactly what I told them, but as horrible as this whole situation has been not surprised that Ford has made it so difficult to simply follow through with what has been publicly stated/ presented.

I believe Granger is simply speaking to the wrong people. I sent a note to the email address in the prior post with all of these facts and how they have helped at least one other fellow Heritage owner get it properly credited. Worst case I better get a check like that owner. Still very hopeful that can be applied at time of delivery.

Well, it looks like I might not get to order what I want. My dealer said he can't change my 23 order until Ford stops scheduling them, and I'm sure that by then it will be too late. I called another dealer and I'm trying to get a 24 ordered through him. If that works out then I guess I'm ok, but i'm feeling like I'll be sans-Bronco for another year (I sold my Everglades because I wanted to save up for a Heritage)

I ordered my HE on 11/18 which was a leftover Day3 res. Called Ford customer service earlier this year to confirm the certificate number and amount. Yesterday I finally got the shipped email after having a 7/13 blend date. This morning I emailed my sales rep with the certificate and amount, noted to him that I had already confirmed both with Ford, and asked him to verify:

You're welcome, I was searching for myself equally though.

If there is a phantom memo from 8/15/2023 it needs to be posted but I have doubts that it even exists. I don't know why there's so much variance with this whole process with Ford and the disconnect with their dealers on just about everything.

@Zach@Granger @Granger Ford if you could please post up what the current situation is once you get an answer it would be appreciated. I think the last time I checked you had 21 Heritage's that were inbound and based on what Hayleigh said some of those have showed up so I know you're probably getting bombarded with the same questions.

As stated, the first I can't find anymore posted on the Ford site but it's referenced here and on BN during the September '22 timeframe. The second reference is still currently on the Ford FAQ site:

https://www.ford.com/support/how-to...el-year-bronco-transition-private-offer-faqs/

I'm not sure where the dealer playbook snippet came from, it was posted on here from that timeframe. So much of what we get information wise is from dealer correspondence that is leaked to fill the void from Ford.

thank you - too bad this one does not especially call out the Heritage as having the offer applicable to it

The e-mail from Ford came out September 21, 2022 talking about ordering the Heritage Edition. I’m guessing someone got the dates messed up. Too many of us OG’s watching everything.

Not a Heritage owner here, but I might if If I were to order a '24. And I haven't read even one page of this thread, but a question: Do currently manufactured Heritage Editions have the modular top? And do 2 drs in fact have the 'Gunners Hatch'?

I curious, if or when my cardboard top fails (all good after 18 months) will I be able to get a modular as a replacement?

have you tried to place an order with another dealer as a backup ? just in case the first dealer did not place the order. I received an email confirmation from Ford within minutes of the dealer placing the order.
QUIT MAKING MULTIPLE ORDERS AND PUSHING OTHER CUSTIOMERS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too received a call from one of the dealers I tried ordering a 24 HE 2D 7MT, stating they just received a memo from Ford that claims 2D HE's have been put on hold until the switch over from 23 to 24 occurs. Why even have the 2D as an option if you're not going to allow orders? Why release this memo on day 3 of the order banks being open? Just do what you did for the base model and mark it as "limited availability" for most of the 23MY. Dumb!
