I sure hope that's not the case! that just doesn't make sense to me.... I think most of us here that are still waiting ordered before that date!
Ford told me my certificate number and amount. Why would there be a certificate if I ordered too soon? There was never a date on the FAQ that said only after this date.

Maybe that possibly the issue???? On the phone with BST now
Mine is a manual so I don't think that is the issue but it could be.

agreed i know that i have a CERT so also finding it hard to believe about the "date" thing

Well a very nice Granger employee called me. FORD strikes again. Now they state my reorder was too early. Private Offer on Heritage only allowed after 10/21 from a document dated Aug 15 (last week). I placed order when 2023 banks opened as instructed by Ford. FFS. Will be calling Ford but who knows where will go. Guess they really want us to be a Jeep family.

Those who have the details, remind me when 2023 order opened and closed.

Granger has and will continue to be great. Easy to tell he was at wits end as well.

So hope you guys/gals ordered after Oct 21 .
Whoa whoa whoa ... you had to place your Heritage order after 10/21 in order to qualify for the private offer on the Heritage??? No where was this said and if there's a memo from 8/15/2023 that nullifies anything earlier is complete bullshit!!!! I'm a 9/29/2022 reorder and if I lose my private offer because of this crap I'm going to go fucking ballistic!

@Zach@Granger @Granger Ford is this true? No where, absolutely no where was this stated back in September '22 when we switched our orders with you.

@FordVideoGuy was this a "dealer meeting" thing from Vegas? Have you had issues with applying the private offer to your HE orders pre 10/21/22?

Had a very good update on the Private offer today. I took delivery on August 4, and despite all of my efforts ahead of time with calls to Ford Marketing, Bronco Specialists, Ford COVP HQ, and even an email to COVP HQ at the 11th hour, etc. the dealer was not able to apply the cert at time of purchase, they tried, they showed me the screenshot of the errors. I was resigned to never seeing that money.

On August 10 Ford COVP emailed out of the blue asking for my COVP Tracking number. That was something my dealer did give me when I was trying everything under the sun to make it work, so I replied with the number. The next day they replied "Confirming we may now claim 38644 for VIN 1FMEE4DP8PLAXXXXX for 3220.00". Really? Now?

Well, dealer tried again to claim and sent Ford COVP HQ screenshots of the resulting errors. Yesterday COVP HQ replied saying they were still working on it. Today, another email at 11:45 AM "Confirming you should now be able to claim 38644. Please let us know if you have any issues."

Dealer called me 5 minutes later and said he wanted to see if it would work with me on the phone, so he confirmed the address I would want the check sent to in the event this actually worked. A few seconds later all I heard was, "It worked".

There should now be a check somewhere in the queue with my name on it. Dealer confirmed it was setup to mail directly to my address.

Here is to hoping they finally fixed "The Glitch" and all HE owners get the money due to them.
When did you reorder yours? Before or after October 21, 2022?

Mine blended on the 7/18 and didn’t move to built until this past Monday (8/14). Several others that are longer. My guess is it’s missing something.
Same situation here. Still says in production week of 7/10. Dealer showed me a GPS tag that it was in the lot at the factory... No answers or ideas. A whole lot of wait w crickets.

What is the certificate issue? I don't know if I have anything I am planning on paying what was and still is listed under my order. Is there other things I am missing?

It’s not like they are delivering 4 door ā€˜23 HEs at lightning speed, yet they are allowing new 4 door HE orders.
Radio silence from my dealer on my ā€˜24 4 door order. No idea if it was even placed since I don’t have an email from Ford either.

I did, that was the one that said there would be ADM and no MSRP. Another dealer said system won’t let them place an order for HEs.

The system allows you to place 4 door 24 orders. My dealer put in 3 new ones from what they tell me including mine.
The dealer that couldn’t place one thought it may be a regional issue. Who knows. I feel like I’ve done all I can.

This is what was from the FAQs back in the Sept/Oct '22 time-frame which I can't find on the Ford site any longer but there are plenty of posts that date it as accurate:

If I change my order to an Everglades or Heritage Edition (not including Heritage Limited Edition), do I still qualify for price protection?
Yes. By switching to a Heritage Edition (excluding Heritage Limited Edition), you still qualify for price protection. New in 2023 MY, you will also qualify for price protection by switching to an Everglades. The amount varies depending on the series you previously ordered. Please work with your dealer to determine the amount you qualify for.


There is no date listed that this had to be done by. November 21st, 2022 was the deadline to convert your order/reservation for a '23 to be eligible for a private offer.

Only other dates I can find is this:

You can identify the amount your offer will be by using the instructions and table below:
  1. Determine if you are eligible for a Level A or Level B Offer
    • Level A: Reservation/Order placed on or before March 19th, 2021
    • Level B: Order placed on or after March 20th, 2021
  2. Determine the Order Series/Door Configuration
    • 2023 Bronco Model Year Transition Private Offer amounts are based on the last Series/Door Configuration selected prior to the MY changeover (September 9, 2022).
    • Changes to orders on or after September 9, 2022 will not impact Bronco Private Offer amounts.

I’m glad it went through for you! My dealer just responded after 2 days and said that I’m their highest priority if 2 HE orders and he doesn’t know why the ā€˜24 order confirmation hasn’t come over yet so we will see.
