Thank you for the efforts on getting that info. Exactly what I told them, but as horrible as this whole situation has been not surprised that Ford has made it so difficult to simply follow through with what has been publicly stated/ presented. This is what was from the FAQs back in the Sept/Oct '22 time-frame which I can't find on the Ford site any longer but there are plenty of posts that date it as accurate:
If I change my order to an Everglades or Heritage Edition (not including Heritage Limited Edition), do I still qualify for price protection?
Yes. By switching to a Heritage Edition (excluding Heritage Limited Edition), you still qualify for price protection. New in 2023 MY, you will also qualify for price protection by switching to an Everglades. The amount varies depending on the series you previously ordered. Please work with your dealer to determine the amount you qualify for.
There is no date listed that this had to be done by. November 21st, 2022 was the deadline to convert your order/reservation for a '23 to be eligible for a private offer.
Only other dates I can find is this:
You can identify the amount your offer will be by using the instructions and table below:
Edit: This was from the Dealer Playbook that was posted early September '22:
- Determine if you are eligible for a Level A or Level B Offer
- Level A: Reservation/Order placed on or before March 19th, 2021
- Level B: Order placed on or after March 20th, 2021
- Determine the Order Series/Door Configuration
- 2023 Bronco Model Year Transition Private Offer amounts are based on the last Series/Door Configuration selected prior to the MY changeover (September 9, 2022).
- Changes to orders on or after September 9, 2022 will not impact Bronco Private Offer amounts.

Once again, no eligibility date for Heritages to qualify for PO.

I believe Granger is simply speaking to the wrong people. I sent a note to the email address in the prior post with all of these facts and how they have helped at least one other fellow Heritage owner get it properly credited. Worst case I better get a check like that owner. Still very hopeful that can be applied at time of delivery.
