Wow how long did it take to get that resolved? Did the service department tell you they couldn't find anything wrong? For reference, here's that picture I posted of the mis-match.

My Bronco was born with warts.
I would say you have nothing to complain about

And to think that somewhere there is a Sasquatch with 3 sas flares and 1 BB.![]()
I guess that's all they had at the time of assembly. Keep the Sas one and ask for three more Sas flares.I took delivery of my '23 Big Bend 2-door MT at the dealer 2 weeks ago. I've put 1400 miles on it over the last 2 weeks, and hadn't noticed any issues until changing fluids on the MT today (BG Synco Shift II).
As I sat on my garage stool, I noticed that my fender flares didn't match. As it turns out, I have 3 normal flares for a BB, and 1 for a Squatch.
How does stuff like that happen? How does that get past Quality Control?
I'll be reaching out to the selling dealer tomorrow to see if we can get it resolved. At least it is an EASY swap....

The dealer can help. He takes a pic of the misbuild and sends it to ford and they order the correct parts and fix it. If it was on your window sticker, it can be rectified. I just had my skid plates and windshield replaced for just that reason. What was the resolution? I’m in the same situation and the dealer can’t help so I’m waiting on Ford.
