At least they didn't install a Sasquatch wheel and tire to match the fender... 😏

Why are you changing transmission fluids so early?

I was also thinking it would be easier just to switch with the 3 Sas flares and 1 bb buyer.

I took delivery of my '23 Big Bend 2-door MT at the dealer 2 weeks ago. I've put 1400 miles on it over the last 2 weeks, and hadn't noticed any issues until changing fluids on the MT today (BG Synco Shift II).

As I sat on my garage stool, I noticed that my fender flares didn't match. As it turns out, I have 3 normal flares for a BB, and 1 for a Squatch.

How does stuff like that happen? How does that get past Quality Control?

I'll be reaching out to the selling dealer tomorrow to see if we can get it resolved. At least it is an EASY swap....

I guess that's all they had at the time of assembly. Keep the Sas one and ask for three more Sas flares.

My Bronco was born with warts.
I would say you have nothing to complain about🤣

What was the resolution? I’m in the same situation and the dealer can’t help so I’m waiting on Ford.
The dealer can help. He takes a pic of the misbuild and sends it to ford and they order the correct parts and fix it. If it was on your window sticker, it can be rectified. I just had my skid plates and windshield replaced for just that reason.

Sounds like a case of mixed parts in the bin at Ford- which may have even occurred at the supplier of the flares. With so many Fender Flares being made, they have to be stored somewhere, then they are retrieved (or kitted) for assembly on the vehicle. An operator may do this- retrieve the kit or the flare itself and they did not notice one being different. It also got by final vehicle visual inspection. This happens on very limited occasion (hopefully) in any manufacturing environment no matter how good the controls are. I work in medical and if it does happen it is a very big deal and a corrective action is put in place.

I am sitting here imagining how many Bronco owners who have read this post and are now going out to their Bronco to check to see if all their fender flares are the same. Lol
