i am going to tackle this as well, it is ordered and coming in tomorrow. would love to wait for a proper solution but going wheeling and really want to make onboard air work for me. Could you do a quick write up and photos of the mods you had to do if you have them?
Do you have any photos? I'd like to have a shop do this for me but some idea of the undertaking would be helpful.
I apparently didn't take a picture of the bracket before I mounted it, but here's a look at what I did. The Tire Carrier Compressor Mount needs to be modified as in the attached picture. The areas in red are where I removed material in order to clear the factory tailgate reinforcement. This is just an approximation, so I suggest using something like a piece of cardboard to make a template then transferring that to the bracket for the actual cutting. Don't forget to paint the cut metal so it doesn't rust. The red dots above the compressor mounting holes are where new holes need to be drilled, as the compressor has to sit up higher on the bracket than for a standard Bronco. The other option is to cut the bracket where I have circled in blue and weld the pieces up to ensure the compressor clears the spare tire mount. I found that drilling the holes was good enough.

The other bracket that needs to be modified is the In Wheel Accessory Mount. That bracket needs to have the three holes where the lug studs pass through for mounting the spare tire opened up since the lugs are larger on the Raptor than on a standard Bronco.
Once those mods are made then the rest should bolt right up. I am really happy with the outcome. I found it to be more of a hassle to wire the thing up than to modify the brackets. Now that I have the air chuck positioned where I like it I'm thinking that I may take the accessory mount out and paint it black so it isn't so obvious when looking at the spare tire. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I dont think youll ever get a straight answer. dynamic load range is too wide on an application with this much capability. is going to be up to your comfort range. im just surprised a 37 can hang when the raptor is in full send.
I did use the filter relocation kit. I forgot to mention what I wound up doing in order to make it work. I had to take my Dremel to the ridge on the top of the elbow pieces that are attached to the compressor in order to give enough clearance for the mount for the nylon strap. It wasn't much material, but it was enough to ensure it would fit. My main bracket turned out almost exactly as yours did. Thank you for adding the pictures to yours as well. I got the ags mount to work with my braptor. pretty much everything he said was spot on, it was a PITA because it all had to be installed to 100% removed several times, without the wiring it took me 6 hours to get this in, with wiring was 7hrs.
I wanted to add, Tenacious-B did you use the filter relocation kit? in my case it wasnt possible to use it because the 90 degree elbows were taller than the filters themselves, and even with just the filters i could barely get it in. for everyone else, I recommend to skip the filter relocation kit, and drill new holes as high up on the mount as possible, i left only 2mm of material on the bracket, and my install was toight with barely a cunt hair of clearance. instead of the filter relocation kit, I would just run your cables through the louvers, there is plenty of flap to not worry about water coming in.
Lastly, for AGS, it isnt difficult to convert the existing kit to fit a raptor, and doing so would be backward compatible for the non raptors, a little trimming of 2 corners, welding the compressor plate 3/4 inch higher, and flipping the air chuck ring upside down to drill holes for the raptor bolt pattern.
The holes I drilled. my 1st set of holes are on the outside, it was right in the middle between the outer tab and the hole, this wasnt enough clearance. I tried again on the inside set 1/4 inch higher
the right side of the compressor has a nylon safety tether, it interferes with the top of the 90 degree fittings for the filter relocation kit. by using the filters i gained a little room but as you can see it still deforms the filter, at least its not going anywhere. I didnt get a picture of the bottom but it is rubbing the inside of the tire carrier. as i said, its a tight fit.
the amount of flap on the louvers is enough to run the wiring through.

so i redid mine and was able to get the filters to work for me. I used a different 90 degree which has less shoulder than the plastic ones and they didnt need trimming. for everyone else thats thinking about modding theirs before ags releases the new kit, you can use these 90s, or maybe AGS can supply these ones for some extra wiggle room on the new kit. they are similar to the pair included for the air chuck, but these allow for swivel.
I hadn't thought about going that route. I think I'll order some as well. Thank you for posting these.
