I can’t remember if the wired predominantly run on the top side or the bottom side of the bumper, but try multiple ways. They reach. Ford uses the same harness for the 2 bumpers.

is it possible just to leave the OBX hooks there and put the new bumper on?I did not shave. I got the correct brackets. It was worth the $100 to not mess with shaving.

Thanks for your help. One last question, besides the tow hooks, is it possible to leave the plastic OBX skid plate in place. Someone thought if you leave it on you need to cut some of it off if you do not go the route of a new metal skid plate? Thanks.MB3Z6G079A and MB3Z6G079B
