20 offset no lift. Removed crash barsLooks great…Unlifted? What is wheel offset? Did you remove crashbars to make fit?
Ok..so 10mm more outward than SAS wheels. No rubbing?20 offset no lift. Removed crash bars
My 3" zone lift leveled the truck out. Im like 1/4 inch higher in the back.measured to the lower lip on the fender flars.Just bought my 2023 Black Diamond last weekend. Installed a Zone 4" lift yesterday and had the wheels/tires put on yesterday as well. Loving it so far.
Fuel Shok 665 wheels with BFG KM3s on Zone 4" lift.
It's strange though, the rear is not level with the front. Lift was installed correctly and I didn't run into any issues during install. Also not my first rodeo installing suspension by a long shot. Anyone else with a Zone 4" have this issue?

I just went out and measured again just in case things settled since I've been driving. The rear is exactly 1" lower than the front measured from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender flare (effectively the gap between tire and fender). My 3" zone lift leveled the truck out. Im like 1/4 inch higher in the back.measured to the lower lip on the fender flars.
17x9 wheels? What about the tire size?20 offset no lift. Removed crash bars
Thanks. The wheels are 8 inch wide on 35 inch kO2s. Hope that helps17x9 wheels? What about the tire size?
Respectfully, I might steal this exact set up given I had to capitulate to FORD and remove SAS from my BL build that I have been waiting 945 days for. I think this is a nice understated look that would kill on a 2DR...my 2DR. lol It's that or those Everglade wheels. Thank you for sharing.
Non-sas and 35's? Looks good!More pictures of the black rhino

You don't need Sasquatch to run 35's as long as you remove the crash bars and have the right off-set, especially with the standard Badlands suspension (although allegedly it will work even on the base suspension) as the Sasquatch is only 0.6" more lift. A 1 inch lift will of course give you extra clearance, but I am pretty sure that it is not a problem with the 35's (34.5" tires) from the Sasquatch package.Non-sas and 35's? Looks good!
That's a stunning Bronco!![]()

Got 4 of 5 installed - KMC Summit wheels (+16 offset) with 35x12.50 BFG KM3 tires. One rim arrived with a big ding, so waiting for a replacement to do the spare. No rubbing at all right now, but haven't tested on the trail yet - I've got a Zone 2" lift to install still, so that will help a bit I'm sure. Tempted to wait and just upgrade the shocks - but want to get a heavier spring that I can put a rack on with my rooftop tent (and I also run a big bike rack on the back sometimes). I think it looks great so far.
