On topic- A year later, I feel even better about my Bronco purchase and the 10 year extended warranty from Granger. In fact, at this point, I feel like I robbed them. When I tell people what I paid, they, quite frankly, do not believe me.

Brother, you got a nice new truck. Whether you take it on safari or not, it's yours. Drive it. Enjoy it. Get your use out of it whatever that may be. There's no wrong answer here.
My suggestion is go to a fiberglass repair then do a line-x over the whole thing. Claim the whole the thing. You will likely come out ahead in money and have a decent looking top with a little extra protection.
