No popping issues with me. I would highly recommend bass blockers for your dash speakers though.

Are your gains set correctly? My gain is set MAYBE a 1/4 turn up. I opted out for the auto setup as I didnt want the sound to focus in solely on the driver seat.

Yes, I did in fact add the bass blockers. The initial setup sounded fantastic, but felt like I had to redo it with the new kick panel speakers in. The gains are still set at 0 and need to adjust after the AUTO setup is complete. Good to have an idea of where they should be around. Thank you.

Yea I had the same issue. You need to turn the radio detect button on on the kicker 200.4. Small button just press it in and it will stop.

I read that in here, but I wasn't sure if that was a button or LED. I'm going to try that. Thank you.

I'm fairly certain that you set the gains before running the auto DSP setup.

The gains need to be at zero for the pink noise setup. Also if you have a subwoofer that needs to be disconnected or turned off as well. Head unit eq need to be flat.

I just looked and you are correct. I'm going to install my component front speakers this week and I'll do the DSP setup correctly this time.

1. Set the KEY amplifier gains (AMP-1 and AMP2) to the minimum (fully counter-clockwise). Place all settings in the signal chain, such as the EQ on your head unit, to be disabled or flat. Disconnect any speakers or subwoofers not connected to the KEY amplifier, factory or aftermarket.

2. Close the car windows, turn off the engine, turn off the HVAC. Install the microphone to the top of the driver’s side headrest. Make sure the microphone faces up, pointing as straight as possible to the roof.

Are you going to run the components in bi amp mode? I’m really likening the way mine is set up now but am curious as to how much better if at all the bi amp mode would be with components up front.

Yup. The other thing that I hadn't done while initially running the AUTO setup at first was flattening the headunit EQ. I'm extremely curious how it will sound with adjustments to the gain and the headunit EQ after the pink noise setup. Should be night and day!

Nope, I'm going to use the 3-way crossover that comes with the component speakers. The plan is to wire the kick panel speakers to the input on the crossover and then each component is fed from the crossover.

Just order Kit 11 from PlugandPlay. Got the Kicker Key 200.4 elsewhere. Hopefully have it in by the end of April!! If I need bass I'll try the 10" Hideaway first>

If I am using the additional wiring harness provided by @pluginplaykits for my Kicker Hideaway that connects into the Key 200.4 /headunit wiring, should I still disconnect the Hideaway Sub when running the DSP pink noise setup?

Yes. Disconnect anything not powered or "amplified" by the 200.4 while running the pink noise setup.

So the one thing i couldn't figure out was how to keep pink noise playing through the head unit with the car off (because you're supposed to get out and opening the door cuts it off). I ended up just letting the engine idle while I did it. If someone has a reco I'm all ears.

The engine noise will probably screw up the pink noise setup. Your bronco should stay on long enough to complete the setup just by pushing the start button without actually starting the vehicle.
