We have a few LP9 Racer in stock and a bunch of LP9 Sport in stock for those interested.

The way you'll want to mount them to your hoops is with something like this:

There are other kits on amazon like this. But they go around the tube and then give you a mounting point for your light.

LP9 Lights: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/led-auxiliary-lights/baja-designs/lp9/

And 2 ways to wire them up. The easiest, if you have the factory upfitter switches, is get one of these (per light): https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-designs-lp-series-controller-module-harness/

It just plugs into the light and gives you 4 wires on the back you can tie into the upfitters. Another option is this harness, which will power TWO lights and provides a relay with it and a switch:

the lp9 s fit like a glove. 6 holes drilled into the bumper no bracket overhang. The lights are mostly protected by the brush bar. You are more likely to break a headlight than the lp9 which are hardened plexiglass and are serviceable. Just get someone that knows what they are doing and don’t listen to internet BS

I have a pair of LP6s ready when my Wildtrak arrives. If you don't want to drill your mod bumper than you can use this bracket >> https://gglights.com/products/2021-...52030&pr_ref_pid=6914069954718&pr_seq=uniform.

The single mount (see below). The 2 smaller holes are for the factory bronco bolts. The pill like hole is for your light. I will drill this mount for 2 holes on either side to accommodate the LP mount

that would be good but like I (the OP) and Broncorich above have a bull bar and push bar and have take up those spots. Therefore, drilling is only option if we want sitting ON the bumper.

You are correct. It would not work with the bull bar

that looks really really nice. With my push bar, which extends at a more forward angle, the lights would sit a bit behind the most anterior point. It also looks like 3 would fit if one wants to squeeze it in.

So, when considering drilling into the bumper. Can you comment? Obviously, we are no longer dealing with a threaded pre-placed area for a "bronco bolt." It's not plug-and-play. Do I have to remove the bumper, drill a hole, and then place a nut behind the hole to hold a bolt in place?

The bumper doesn’t have to be removed. Drilling was relatively simple. You can get them from the front underneath with a small wrench. The wiring harness plug goes right through the grill without modification. If you put a third light in it with block adaptive cruise control as well as the front camera. The Lp9 pro lights are very bright and provide plenty of light.

I can see how it would block the camera, but how would it block the ACC plate sitting underneath it?

I am not an expert on this topic. So my advice is worth what you are paying me. The adaptive cruise is not a focused beam. So it might be affected. Mine is not but I was concerned until I tried it. My 360 camera facing forward is slightly compromised by both lights on the side. It’s not a big deal to me

Ok, thanks for help.

Anything sitting ABOVE the bumper will not affect the adaptive cruise control. My understanding is that Ford and most car manufacturers employ simple laser tech while a few Japanese companies are using optical systems based on stereoscopic cameras. The front view camera interference is a different story and what you can live with.

it sounds like you know much more about than I do. So it shouldn’t be a problem then. You will be very happy with the LP9s. It was really simple (45 min) and I am not DIY guy.

When you have time, please post some pics of your lights and mounts up close from all angles. I’d like to see more of the detail.

Thank you!

I'm so torn between doing this and 4 of their XL lights. I really really like the look of what you've done here.

That looks perfect. I am going to try the same with my 8.5 inch Teralume (pair) if I can fit them under my 9 inch Greenlane bill bar. Mounting above the bar may be possible too, but I think more effective mounted on the bumper itself. Thanks for the pics
