Yzona Running Boards Thoughts?

I had AIG and they rusted with in a year. Don’t see any complaints on the Yzona Running boards but also haven’t seen anyone talk about them either. Thoughts?

I would definatly scuff any new coated steel running board with 220 grit, degrease and spray it with bedliner or black gravel guard sourced only at autobody supply shop.

I put these on this morning. My thoughts are that it is an inexpensive option for running boards that looks decent. My short wife struggled to get in, so I got this as a solution. It is not a great solution as the drop is not very significant, maybe 2-2.5".

Install was easy as soon as you quit the instructions, which are terrible. The instructions want you to install the two middle brackets before you hang the boards. This is the opposite of what you should do as you will struggle to align them correctly to where they will fit on the rock rails if they are already bolted on. Put the middle brackets on the rails, then hang the boards by the clamps. You can slide the brackets to junction points on the boards and tighten them down there. That assures a good fit.

By the way, the instructions also recommend a 13mm crescent wrench, I probably don't need to tell you but you need a ratcheting socket wrench, not a crescent. 13mm is the right size.
