Suprised no one has ever mentioned these on the forum. I was talking to a buddy this afternoon who drove his Tacoma from Alberta to Ushuaia, Argentina and back. He used Geolander AT G015s with no issues and have sworn by them ever. Says they're good highway tires with good mileage that you can still offroad pretty good. He runs them on the trails in the Rockies quite often.

We can get them for good prices in Canada.

Anyone else use them or have experience with them?

Good tires. Good winter tires, but not nearly as good as Nokian Hakkapelitta’s or Blizzaks in the winter. Quiet new, but noisy old. My choice if running same tires summer/winter but I don’t do that.

I had them on my FJ Cruiser for a few years. We used to run them at 5 psi in the desert while dune bashing and not once did they give me any issues. The sidewalls held up to all the abuse and they drove really well on the road, too. Love those tires. In fact, once my BD Bronco is delivered, the first mod is a set of Geolanders in 285/75/17 on the stock steelies.

I've had the ATS Geolanders on my pickemup truck for years. Great tires & do pretty well for moderate off road.
I just added the MT's on the Bronco & love them

Looks good. I understand that they are some of the quietest true MTs available?

I had a set of Geolander MTs on my old Tacoma. IMPO the MT’s run small & are terrifying in the snow.

They are not bad at all. Oh & those are 37's ;)

Strange, I wouldn't say 36.8 as running small & they are a 3 peak tire
They did great in the rain yesterday but I can't comment on the snow. We don't get much of that around here.
YMMV

I had a set of the 34’s, I think they were 285/75/17’s and they ran small in real life. Can’t speak for the 37’s. Most tire manufacturers run small IMPO, excluding Nitto & Kenda.

Edit: I’m a tire nerd. I love tires. Gotta love that new tire smell. New tire day is always exciting. Their are so many good choices out there.

Triple peak tires doesn't mean anything, Nitto makes a few Triple Peak Tires that I would never recommend for snow or ice.

I remember people loving Geolander tires then when the 37 MT came out everyone had issues with the hard rubber compound. Everyone who wheeled didn't like them and the diesel guys loved the tire life.

Time will tell. People I've ran into liked them. I will soon see where I end up on the list. so far, I'm happy with them but have not trail tested them just yet.

You also have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee which I used before on my pickem-up truck because I wanted a different tire size.

Agreed, very few tires run true to size. This is why it was always funny when people would say the " true 35's" comment. There are only a couple of "True 35's" out there & Nitto isn't one of them ;)

They do for a lot of people in Canada, since a couple of the provinces have laws that require them from Dec-March.

Your miss reading, I am stating the rating doesn't mean good winter tires.
