I think some people are new to these types of vehicles and don’t understand that tires that size and a convertible top just ask for road noise. I have a badlands soft top Sasquatch and owned jeeps prior. No big surprise here. I encourage those new to this type of vehicle to be realistic with their expectations. I have 0 regret about the soft top.

I thought it was normal... It is genuinely noisy when I was in the highway

I don't have any issues there's barely any noise i don't get why this is an issue with people? Mind you i have a hard top two door with no roof rack and stock base tires.

No worse than the 2002 WRX I had, or the Miata I had before that. I was genuinely going into it expecting the worst, and I’m very pleased that my expectations were exceeded.

Yeah, not as quiet as our bronco sport. But seeing as I can fold the whole roof back and do 70mph and have a conversation without yelling I’m pleased as punch.

I would say my 4 door soft is similar to a f150 with a front light bar and aggressive tires but not mudders ..not like mud graps (the loudest tire ever)

we have A base with a roof rack And It has moderate wind noise. The thing is so bad ass fun to own we could give a shit less about wind noise. it’s really bad when the top is off Btw.
Same here, base, roof rack, and don't care that it's noisy, lol

I have considerable amount of wind noise once I hit 30 mph and think it is coming from seam of two front panels. I have removed panels, cleaned gasket, and lubed with no help. I did not have this noise first few months of ownership and has gotten worse over time. I plan to tape all seems and remove tape until I find source of noise. Right now I would say my Bronco is considerable louder than my JL Wrangler.

My Bronco spends most of the time with the top and doors off, even at 80mph on the highway. I know what wind noise is, plus I ride a motorcycle most days. When I put the top on, if there is any crosswind the noise is enough that there is no way to have a conversation with a person in the back seat. If the crosswind is 35+, there is no conversation with a passenger in the front. My top sucks, not my expectations.

I keep thinking about pulling a few panels off -

Still that screech would happen on windshield, I think

Definitely look good without the top!
- and bonus would limit unwanted conversation!

I sent pictures of my own weather seal problem to my dealer, and I'll be dropping it off with them for a day to investigate. Along with other little things I've noticed.
Curious as to what the outcome was after you dropped it off at the dealership. I've got the same gap in mine. Thanks.

They did nothing. Apparently they are waiting on guidance from corporate. Somebody else on this forum said one of those seals got replaced when they reported the same problem to their dealer.
