I sent pictures of my own weather seal problem to my dealer, and I'll be dropping it off with them for a day to investigate. Along with other little things I've noticed.
mine was the same as this loud AF and the dealer agreed. Ford had them change the front gasket above the windshield and it's still loud AF

I’m expecting Ford corporate to address this by replacing a weather seal with a longer one to fill the gap, but who knows when that will happen. In the meantime I’m going to fill it myself with something. I’ll figure it out this weekend.

I dunno what I expected but a human sized filing cabinet at 90mph is loud af.
I'm not sure why everyone keeps staying stuff like this... I've had land rovers that were square boxes 20 years old that have no wind noise... I have had jeeps with removable roofs that had way less noise. All I can say is it seems some have a problem and some seem to not... either way I paid for it and it's not acceptable.

I have seen people say the wind noise is horrible. I have seen other say its not bad its a truck on 35's. I have been looking at reviews etc and compiling info. From what I see the people with roof racks are complaining about wind noise. Rigs with no rack not so much. I have an upper light bar on my Jeep and it whistled like crazy until some mods were made. Love to hear from those with and without racks on wind noise on the road. 2 door sas ordered here no rack
BO 10-speaker sound system will take care of all your noise concerns.

it may be a matter of perspective sir. This is my first filing cabinet, though I do love it.
Now, what makes the wind noise? Tires sure, the whip antenna maybe? What else has shitty harmonics at speed?

Ugh no. Not even close. Moving air (aka wind) makes wind noise. Tires make road noise. Antennas make no noise. Huge fucking gaps in weather stripping make wind noise.

The white shite is a flashlight I used to pinpoint the wind noise causing gaps lol. This one in particular is right above passenger and drivers head on front panels.

2dr BL non-squatch with roof rack…loud AF at 65+ mph…don’t care.

Fix - Sold my Range Rover so I forget what a quiet ride is like. Just turn up the radio and enjoy the Bronco!

No

I’ve been a auto tech for 28 years there is road noise… tires… exhaust… other cars and just plain noise pollution you can hear because roof is thin and realistically not much sound detaining because the roof is removable all that is understandable. Wind noise comes from air moving and entering gaps just like when you crack a window 1/8”. There are gaps just like what has been shown in pictures on this thread. Some have the gaps some don’t. Many people have had wind, water, sand and snow enter the cabin…. That is what is not acceptable. Again some do not have the issue

we have A base with a roof rack And It has moderate wind noise. The thing is so bad ass fun to own we could give a shit less about wind noise. it’s really bad when the top is off Btw.

Mines not that bad, I expect some wind noise, the roof is removable. The road noise is worse to me.

I have a four door, Badlands, soft top, Lux and leather. It’s not bad at all as far as wind noise goes but is much louder than any of the past two generations of Wranglers I have owned.

I’m particular the hard top JK was really quiet and even with the soft top was much quieter than the Bronco at speeds over 60 mph.
