Went to go order with the 25% discount and it went out of stock. Should have grabbed it quicker. Crazy you cant backorder one.

If I had to do it all over again I would have 100% purchased the Mod bumper or kept my capable bumper rather than going aftermarket

What happened with the aftermarket bumper?

Did you go aluminum or steel? and was it with a winch or not?

I've been thinking about getting an aluminum one to save weight while also getting internal winch capability which my capable doesnt have

Ford Bronco Why NOT to go from Plastic to Modular IMG_1036

@razehound I went with a barricade steel tubular bumper after finding inspiration of someone also paint matching the tubes.

I got it cuz I wanted to ā€œbe differentā€ didn’t have the foresight about adding a winch.

Problem is barricade doesn’t make a winch bracket. I found another company (insert forgotten name here) who makes the EXACT same tubular bumper, with an optional added winch plate.

Problem is that company doesn’t sell the winch plate they only sell the bumper with or without it. I emailed the company (more than once) asking if they can list the winch plate separate for purchase w/o the bumper. They told me no, multiple times. So alas, no winch for me.

and if I did want to replace the intercooler and do a hidden winch I priced it out to be more expensive than just getting a Mod BumperšŸ™ƒ

all things considered I didn’t plan my build very well (if you knew me you wouldn’t be surprised).

I’ve been through two sets of headlights and three different grilles before I reverted back to the original BD grille, so at this point it’s buy 3-4 times and cry 2-3… but I gotta say I do the love the ease of customization on the Bronco, I don’t get too butt hurt about it anymore I just hit add to cart and let it rip šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
