Many, many dealerships refuse to honor the Ford website labor quotes. Is the OP really too lazy to look at Ford’s website ? JFC.
It says $188 for installation.
One example - I bought the stick-on external lock keypad. It had $25 for installation costs (it takes about 10 minutes with FDRS). Dealer wouldn't honor it, and said they wanted 1.5 hrs at shop rate of $225/hr.
Not all cases or equipment or dealerships will be that egregious - but it illustrates how very different the Ford installation price can be from what a dealership would actually try to charge.
