What does Ford charge to switch from plastic to modular bumper?

Is the OP really too lazy to look at Ford’s website ? JFC.

It says $188 for installation.

Many, many dealerships refuse to honor the Ford website labor quotes.

One example - I bought the stick-on external lock keypad. It had $25 for installation costs (it takes about 10 minutes with FDRS). Dealer wouldn't honor it, and said they wanted 1.5 hrs at shop rate of $225/hr.

Not all cases or equipment or dealerships will be that egregious - but it illustrates how very different the Ford installation price can be from what a dealership would actually try to charge.

As if any dealership in the world is removing the original bumper replacing it with the modular bumper, relocating necessary sensors and locking everything down for 188.

It should only be about an hour - which lines up with the Ford website price. But there’s always that stripped bolt or something that makes it take longer than it should - and dealers are good at pricing that in
