I used to daily a sport bike for about 6 years. Doing so shook the need for speed out of me. Also, a bronco is not fast or nimble so why mash the throttle?

my previous daily drivers we sports cars and I didn’t drive those fast either.

lol. Funny you should ask. I have noticed I drive considerably slower in my Bronco. I’ve always been a bit of a lead foot. Always in a hurry to get somewhere. I’ve got a pile of speeding tickets over the years to prove it. But either I’ve crossed some invisible line into old age, or there’s just something pleasant about putting along in my Bronco. It’s kind of my happy place, and when I drive it, I don’t really care to hurry. That and my gas mileage is notably improved if I stay at or a little above the speed limit.
I hit 40 this year, two months after accepting my Bronco, and I have had it over 75, maybe 3 or 4 times. I prefer enjoying the drive, and then I have on the trails kicked up my fair share of dust, but perhaps it's the invisible line, I think, or it's the first car in a long time I want to last forever.

Seems like I'm always zooming past Bronco's out here in Cali. On the freeway, Bronco's are usually in the slow lane, or in the middle lane driving below the speed limit. On the street, it seems like they're all in Eco mode, just trailing behind everyone. If I didn't own one, I'd think they were underpowered and slow.

This isn't me driving fast either. Between the freeway and street, I'm usually at 65-75/35-45.
I always have my 2 Huskies in the car with me. They're precious cargo and more important than humans. Also, people in Colorado are horrible drivers. I also enjoy driving, and like to take my time since I leave at a reasonable hour, am never late, and am never in a rush. I get a middle finger every day.

No driving 20 under the rest of traffic is what is dangerous. Keep up with traffic. Or stay off the freeway.
Exactly.

unless your hairs blue and you cant see over the wheel, no reason to drive 20 under, and if you are an old blue hair, dont drive at all. Those arent speed bumps you’re hitting mildred

Because the moment we go faster, some idiot crosses an intersection without looking and totals what we waited 2.5 years for
