If the winch blocks the factory intercooler then it will block the Whipple. The Whipple sits in exactly the same spot as factory. The additional size of the Whipple is all extended from the rear of the factory intercooler size. If that makes sense/helps.
Kind of, the winch sits behind the intercooler. So if the Whipple is extended from the rear and sits closer to the engine it likely would create an issue. Wish I could find someone whose tried it, I just got my winch mount in and will likely exchange it for a bumper mount if the intercooler will not work with it.

Just completed an install of the Whipple intercooler, snug fit. I have a 2022 Outer Banks (4-dr) with a 2.7L. Also installed the IAG hidden winch before the Whipple. Just couple mods during the winch install. I don’t have the cruise control module in front so I was able the leave off the whole mount bracket. The motor for the vents was removed but still have it connected to avoid any error messages. Not sure if there is a cheat to completely remove it.
