I got the whipple intercooler that I installed as one of my first upgrades, mishi cold and hot pipes, k&n cai, CPR upgraded turbos, 3.5l port injectors, CVF down pipes, e tuning on e85. My IAT and Manifold intake air temp are hitting 140 and 130+ respectively,

Not sure if the whipple intercooler is heat soaking too quickly or what but doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I do have a RC winch mount that blocks the sides of the intercooler inlet area on the bumper so wondering if that could be effecting it.
Mine has most of the same mods except I have the mishimoto intercooler and mishimoto intake. My IAT and MCT are usually around 100-110, but both drop pretty well during a pull.
I don’t have the RC winch either though.

I think I'll remove the winch and see if that improves it. Must disrupt air flow.

The k&n also has an open top in the airbox. I plugged it with heat resistant tape but it gets rid of all the fun noises from the turbo.

I am still waiting on Injen to release their IC for the Bronco. I have all the other Injen bits, so might as well keep it in the family.

I'm no expert but I went with options 1 (JB4), 2 (Roush CAI, if you can really call it that), and 4 (Mishimoto intercooler). Also have a Roush exhaust. I'm very very happy with my build.

Edit to add: if I was going to start with just one, it'd probably be the JB4.
Do you have the 2.3L or 2.7L? And are you still enjoying the roush CAI and exhaust?
