Which trim or packages have 4A?

4A used to be a separate option on lower trims but I believe you must get Sasquatch to have 4A on trims Outer Banks and below now.

Not every Wildtrak has a steel front bumper. I think it became standard on Wildtrak in 2023.

Throughout 2021-2023 there was a bunch of part/component shortages Ford was working around to try to get Broncos built. So there's been a bunch of seemingly random tweaks throughout those three years. Don't remember if the bumpers were included in that shuffling, but general heads-up.

How adventurous are you feeling? It's likely to take some additional module replacement/major reprogramming/asbuilt table manipulation to do. I am unaware of anyone who has tried.

It’s entirely possible that it's easier to do than I imagine, but I doubt it.

It’s major enough that it's coded into the VIN (essentially the car's DNA), but with a little gene splicing, anything is possible.

4A is part of Advanced 4wd and Advanced 4wd has 4A
