What is this noise on acceleration?

Hi guys, can anyone identify this weird noise at 1.5s and 5s in the video? Weird croak or gear sound that sounds like it's coming from driver side dash. Happens when the car isn't fully up to temp but not cold. Occurs under normal acceleration from a complete stop. I have to be stopped for a good while like at a stop light for 30s+, if I stop for a second and accelerate again, it won't happen. There's almost always 2 croaks and completely goes away when the car is fully up to temp (after 10 mins driving). Car is a 25 2.3 BB with black diamond package. Never happened on my old 24 2.7 black diamond. TIA
