I am not too worried about performance, but I am trying to decide which intercooler will allow for more room between the frame rails for a tucked winch mount. I do not care for the low mount intercoolers as I have already smacked my front skid many times. Does anyone have a front photo for comparison on which intercooler allows for more winch mounting room. I know @Mdsuits has a very tucked setup with the mishimoto IC but It looks like the Wagner IC actually allows for more room.

Yeah I cross shopped them for a while. The Wagner has much more room in between the runners, and tucks up higher. The price is better as well which sealed the deal for me.

I think that's the one I'm going for, I'm not sure my winch will clear the Mishimoto.

I've been really happy with it. No issues.
Thanks for the input. It looks like the bottom edge of the Wagner is lower, but the space between is wider.
Do you have a winch yet?

Yeah the Wagner is basically at the bottom of the a/c condenser.

I do but I went a completely different route. I need to put together a post about it eventually.

The wagner really is looking very enticing. Did you just trim your stock shroud to retain the headlight mounts and cross grill mounts?

Yeah I kept all the structure across the grill but trimmed the back side where the little tabs for the shutters are. It took a lot of trimming and fitting and trimming and fitting. But finally got it to where I was happy with it.

I believe I've seen someone on a different thread for something else that cut out most of that structure. But I'm not sure how much that would effect other things.

Well I went with the Wagner. I will be doing a video of the install and a write up when it gets in. If you have any tips from the install @GI_Jo_Nathan let me know.

Nice! Unfortunately don't have much other than what's in my post about it. Didn't really take a lot of measurements and there were no instructions at the time. Hopefully they have instructions by now but who knows.
