So, 3 wheels came today... mind you I talked to Northridge 4x4 today and they said Hutchinson was showing a date of 5/2 for these to ship.... I hope the last one comes tomorrow....

Definitely an investment in those wheels but I don't think anything is better out there.

Swampers being as thick as they are this turned into a real job!!

You separate the pieces and attach a bracket for the TPMS to the beadlock center section.
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230411_103846

I then put in polybeads to balance the tire. I'm using just under 2lbs of airsoft bbs.
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230411_104423

At this point you stuff the beadlock inner in the tire.
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230413_121253

Now the real challenge begins if you are seating swampers. They are very thick stiff tires. I tried rocking them in with tire soap, clamping them in etc...
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230418_103142

In the end I had to use my subcompact tractor as my 190 lbs. Was not enough to push the outer into the beadlock inner.
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230419_103806

Once the 3 starter lugs are on you are ready to put on the other 15 and torque all down to 100ftlb .
Ford Bronco Valhalla's Long term build thread 20230420_122113

Put the covers on and you are ready to go.
I haven't had time to put them on yet, I'll update then.

Those look awesome. Reminds me of tractor tires, I usually use the lighter fluid technique and watch my fingers carefully when setting beads.

These are a 3 piece with inners and outers I don't think you could use the lighter fluid technique since it would launch the wheel portion! At the point they are down to the 3 longer screws you can start working them into their pattern. I didn't weigh enough to get them that far. The tractor weighs 1500 lbs. but I figure only 500 lbs. is on the wheel.

I talked with Hutchinson at Supercell, they have no plans to build a ratpor/braptor spec grrrrrr. Those 2 piece beadlock wheels are bad azz.

Does this mean we are going May 20th ?

Here are a few more pictures of the wheels and tires, I forgot to mention, the wheel inner seal should be held in place by petroleum jelly so it doesn't drop out. This is not in the Bronco instructions bu is in the ones for Toyota. I used a moly wheel grease.
I also included a picture of soon to come mods.

I've never had swampers get punctured, That being said I run a full plug and repair kit. The bedlocks lock both sides. I can run flat on the trail. I generally trailer if it's far from home.

@Valhalla So I am installing that bumper myself right now. In the pics it shows the bumper mounting bolts and it looks like the pics show the hardened washers on the bolts not the flange nuts. Did you see that when you did yours?
