@Valhalla So I am installing that bumper myself right now. In the pics it shows the bumper mounting bolts and it looks like the pics show the hardened washers on the bolts not the flange nuts. Did you see that when you did yours?

I got to be honest. These directions are written in Australian English not 'murica (lol) I googled and guessed a lot!!! I went flange based on what and where it was.

Damn those swampers look small! Those are 20mm offset wheels correct?

Sorry man saw this late... they are actually 24.2 I opted for a 12" wide tire when at 0 psi and flexed there is more bite but not much! Long term it will be 40's that are wider but this fits nice for where the build is. (I still run stocks on highway unless I am headed to somewhere close) biased ply gets flat spots parked which can be fun when starting out cold. Here is the spec sheet on the wheels. I wondered if someone would get a spacer to fix the hub offset and run a tacoma wheel... Moves it out over 1"

Thank you for the pic, that is helpful. My instinct was to do the exact same. From the instructions pic you just can't tell. No idea why they just don't have a download of the instructions with color photos. I also emailed ARB let's see if they get back to me.

So long term I'll be putting a lift, bigger tires, wider wheels, bumpers, winch and various other goodies ad nauseum on here but here are a couple of early on cheapie goodies to start!

What size/brand of tires and rims did you end up putting on recently? They look awesome!

Never heard from them either, I just threw them on the back and called it done. I may put the washers front and back on one of them and just get a longer bolt if needed just for peace of mind. Bumper is still solid as a rock but winching and pulling will tell the tale.

I don't know if you've already posted what kind of tires you got. If not, what are they?

I have but will a 3rd time, super swampers 37x12x17 TSL2

I've winched mine over an uphill rock over very rough ground...it stayed tight.

I outfitted my up down air with a short 175psi line

I got the line from Northern tool

I fitted it with an elbow and an air chuck

this is the airline I bought

So IF YOU HAVE A BODYLIFT, you can cut out where the tray went around the frame and make a new box there.

I shaped mine out of 18 gage

I molded it to the contour of the piece I removed

painted epoxyed in place and a slot cut out for the distribution pipe

25mm automotive plug

next a hole for the wires

plug installed

unit in place ona vibration pad. Extra wire so I can pull it out to change filters.

There are lots of little things to all of this that I'll share with anyone who has a body lift and is doing this just message. E.

Wiring, I went to Harbour Freight and bought an 8 Guage 16 foot set of jumper cables. This is my rear power from the battery.
