Probably right about the bumper + winch leading to alignment issue.

Why have you realigned 4 times? Is that 4 separate weight changes?
Winch and leveling kit, then suspension lift and UCAs, then 37" tires, then aftermarket tierods.

Why have your tires not been rotated? This should have been caught when they were rotated many miles ago.

I am with this guy! Also check you didn't tweak a tie rod. Now its time for new tires and an alignment.

OP, I am not sure if you are aware, but Discount Tire will rotate your tires for free. If you ask them to take a glance at the tread wear they will even give you a headsup if they see something funny.

You get new tires? It's not worth driving around on cupped tires, handling will be crap.
Fresh Goodyears rotated in with the back pair which were still ok, then alignment done. Will probably end up with KO2’s or something later

Firestone offers lifetime alignments. Guy said even if I needed an alignment because I put a lift kit, it's still free.

And they will deal on the price. I'd have to look up on the price, but I swear it was around $200-$300 and will be last time I have to pay for an Alignment.

This is why you should rotate your tires.

This should have been fixed long ago.

Firestone would not do my alignment because of the collision avoidance sensors next to rear view.

Strange. That wasn’t an issue at the location I used.

Odd... They did the alignment for me the first time, But I'll be pissed if when I take it back they give me grief.

Maybe the guy that sold it to me didn't realize what they were getting into with the new Bronco :)

Have a similar issue. 26,000 miles. Not off-road or aftermarket anything. Ford dealer didn't rotate on my first service even though I requested it - "They don't need to be rotated."

Had the same thing on my pickup. Best I could guess was that I went through a forest trail very late one night in East Texas and bombed at 30mph into three consecutive, very hard dips that literally almost threw me into some trees. Took it to Discount about a month later and the guy was like, you got problems. Didn't you notice the poor steering? 🤔 Well, now that you mention it, there was like a basketball-bouncing effect on the highway...

Got the Firestone lifetime alignment, haven't had any issues since. If you go that route, take it in during the week so you get one of the A techs, not the oil changers that are there on the weekend.
