Recently used for scan to recalibrate my speedometer due to tire size. Went through procedure resetting PCM and AWD modules also did DTC clear all codes clear until I drive just a little ways and I get a U0415 error code it does not set lamp on dash but it is in system when I check it. Anybody got any ideas?

Which module is setting the code? That’s not specific to a certain one.

I would just relearn PCM/AWD and clear codes again. Something probably didn’t work correctly.

It is setting in the PAM module, ok thank you I’ll try a relearn again, after a little more research, I’m also wondering if this could be due to a weaker battery? Anyways, I’m new on here so I appreciate the help.

If it’s from the PAM it’s probably unrelated to anything you changed.
It was likely already there.
Either way, I wouldn’t worry about it as long as everything works correctly and no lights are on.
Pretty common for most vehicles to have some erroneous DTC’s set that don’t affect the operation of anything or set a light.
