Looking for some advice or help here.
My Bronco has been sitting in the shop for three weeks now after a suspension upgrade, which also included installing a new steering rack. The issue? The recalibration software isn’t cooperating.
The mechanic followed all the steps. The voucher was registered and linked to my account.
He also downloaded the software and plugged in the ProCal. It correctly recognized the ProCal, my VIN, and the stock tune file. But as soon as he logs into Ford Performance to retrieve the calibration, I get the calibration error screen.
He’s been going back and forth with Ford support, but the process is super slow and hasn’t led anywhere.
Anyone out there run into this before? Or maybe @Ford Motor Company can step in and help? I miss my Bronco—and summer’s flying by.
