Is there a way to turn off the proximity switches that keep you from running over something? If I am driving in tall grass or weeds it's continually going off. I personally can tune it out, but it will soon keep the wife from taking the short trips with me. I haven't found anything in searching. It would be great if it could be turned off when in low range

Between your Radio Volume and Radio Tune Dials there should be a row of buttons. The one closest to the tune dial is a "P" next to an icon of a parking cone. Hit that and the alarms will stop. It will automatically turn back on after you turn on your vehicle, so you'll need to do it every time you start.

OMG. Time to reread the manual. Thank you so much for pointing that out. I really was getting worried the wife was going to quit coming with me!

I always chuckle when I hear those in Offroad YouTube videos. It’s the first thing I (try to remember to) turn off when I get to a trail.

Not much time behind the wheel yet, still learning the capabilities. Again thank you. You may have saved our off-road marriage!
