I got an email from Ford saying "Don't forget to update my Bronco" so I went to check to see why it didn't update on its own. For some reason the toggle was off. I went to turn it on while I was sitting in the Bronco but all it does is try to load. It says it may take a minute but I've sat for close to 10 and nothing. I have reset the system, with the truck running and with it off, and even tried it from the Ford Pass app. The Ford Pass App does the same thing , see photo. I am connected to WiFi also. I feel like I'm missing something little. Thought I would ask for suggestions to try before I bring it to the dealer.

I think the connection is pretty slow. I've had updates take several days to download.

Seems like the TCU or GWM (or both) are hung up in a funky state. Disconnect the negative battery cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes and then try checking for updates again. This will force a hard reset of all modules including those two.
