I noticed this a bit back but haven't gotten around to getting it fixed. I'm wondering if maybe water got in and then froze and lifted it up? Would it be something I can fix? Or should I take it to the dealer and see what they say? If I can fix it, how does this panel come off?

Seems to common on older models. In the link where the guy made a extra base for the antenna. I noticed my 2023 already has that from the factory. There still is a very slight raise with the cowl but it not easily noticed like in the pics that have beeb shared.

I had this happen after installing cowl lights but was not quite this severe. Went back and ordered a mounting plate that crosses the seam of these two pieces and helps keep it all flush.
