Should have power, that’s the 7 pin connector. The cover on connector shows wiring diagram of pins. Think it’s like the 7 & 1 o’clock positions. The black and white wires are 12v and ground.
EDIT….
Oops, just looked on mine, it’s the 4 & 10 o’clock positions

Not sure its going to provide the power you think to the trailer. It's low amperage for trickle charging or lights. There's also some logic that if the trailer isn't pulling voltage then it turns off i believe. Installed a renogy dc to dc in my teardrop with 8 gauge to an Anderson connector on my hitch. Charges my 200amp batteries in my route and had the added bonus that in the event of dead battery in the Bronco I can charge it with the trailer batteries.

According to this, it's on a 30 Amp fuse. I'm not sure when the Trailer Tow Park relay is energized.

I'm not sure on specifics to the Bronco, but if it's like most new vehicles, yes it provides power, up to 30 amps for a short time, otherwise it's enough to run lights and some light-duty accessories, and it DOES charge a standard deep-cycle battery if you are running for half an hour or better (not from dead, but from a point where not much is really operating). I have towed our trailer with multiple different vehicles, usually from a point where the battery won't power the tongue jack, and within an hour I could run the jack and nose-to-tail level the camper at minimum.

It's on a 30A relay. The relay is controlled by the BCM. Logic is unknown except it's most likely looking at excessive voltage drop across the entire 7pin and shutting power of it sees a drop. The problem running voltage (14+ volts) from the battery through this connector is that its had to travel 14 ft or so already to get to the 7pin then an additional amount to get to any battery you want to charge in the trailer. The drop in voltage is too great to get any real charging from it. Plus, if the 7pin gets a massive voltage drop, it will be shut down by the BCM. Even if it does charge anything, the wires gonna be a little warm trying to stick that much continuous power through it. I tried this all before I just got the dc to dc charger because I was reading it wrong myself at the time and thought it would just be so convenient and clean to pull power from the 7pin to keep my batteries topped off when I was traveling. I was wrong. The dc to dc was not that expensive but had to run my own 6gA from the front all the way to my battery.

Voltage drop depends on current draw and wire size. What size wire is used in that circuit? I don't know.

If someone is planning on a lot of current, maybe they should think about your solution.

Even if it does charge anything, the wires gonna be a little warm trying to stick that much continuous power through it.
The insullation of the Bronco wiring is rated for 125C. If you can touch the wire it's not too hot.
