UPDATE:. Didn't get quite what I was hoping for in trade, but I got the dealer to give me 50k. Well all was said and done, I walked out with the Badsquatch for about 2500 more than what I paid for the OBX.

I'm hoping I can get some objective views on this. I currently have an OBX w LUX... No lockers. My dealer just called and said he had a Badsquatch W/ High package and Tow, that someone backed out of that he'd sell to me at MSRP. If I can get them to give me actual KBB for my OBX, the difference would be 2-3k more than me initial purchase price. Anyone have any constructive thoughts?

2-3k for the lockers alone is worth it. Sure you lose the B/O Sound and Adaptive, but still worth it IMO. Badlands Sasquatch will always be desirable in the secondary market.

If lockers and swaybar disconnect are features you'd use, I'd do it

Do it if you can get the price you're wanting from them.

That's where I was thinking... Plus I figure what I'm missing with the lux can, mostly, be installed aftermarket. Living in Florida I'm not sure how often the lockers would be used but I spend a lot of time in New England so I figure it can't hurt.

i don't think they'll ever give you that much for your current ride. I'd see what they say then go from there.

I’d do it in a heartbeat.

I think you'd be surprised.
There is enough mud here that lockers could help in some circumstances.
As the saying goes, better to have and not need, than to need and not have...
I had ACC on my last car and don't have it on my OBX. I don't miss it.

I would ask you to let us know what the trade value is. I also find it hard to believe they will give you KBB, but dumber this have happened. Good Luck!!

Only time I ever used it was on that I4 traffic you must already be used to lol.
I4 Express! I live in St Cloud so I try and avoid I4 as much as possible.
